We prepare fresh sourdough breads and buns using our living starter culture — a natural yeast that grows and breathes with the rhythm of our farm. In that daily process, a portion of starter is always left over, traditionally known as discard.

Instead of letting it go to waste, we turned it into something beautiful — our Organic Sourdough Crackers. Crisp, flavorful, and full of life, these crackers carry the tang of sourdough and the warmth of oven-baked simplicity.

The taste is reminiscent of the classic childhood biscuits we all loved — but with a wholesome twist. Each bite offers light crunch, gentle saltiness, and the subtle depth of slow fermentation. We make them in small batches, freshly baked upon order, with only simple organic ingredients and homemade vegan butter.
