Our Roasted Coffee Sourdough Cracker brings together the gentle tang of living sourdough with the bold, aromatic depth of roasted coffee. Each batch is baked fresh upon order, offering a crisp bite with a warm coffee fragrance and a lightly bittersweet finish. Earthy, comforting, and full of character — a handcrafted snack made with care, patience, and slow fermentation.

We prepare fresh sourdough breads and buns using our living starter culture — a natural yeast that grows and breathes with the rhythm of our farm. In that daily process, a portion of starter is always left over, traditionally known as discard.

Instead of letting it go to waste, we turned it into something beautiful — our Organic Sourdough Crackers. Crisp, flavorful, and full of life, these crackers carry the tang of sourdough and the warmth of oven-baked simplicity.

The taste is reminiscent of the classic childhood biscuits we all loved — but with a wholesome twist. We make them in small batches, freshly baked upon order, with only simple organic ingredients and homemade vegan butter.
