Living in the farm let us learn and practise our relationship with the nature, then we learn that our believe is identical to a lot of different groups from different path. Where harmony with the nature, find wisdom, peace and regimen way through nature, is the path to healthy body, mind and soul. We hope that we can reach to you, share and learn more from each other.
We will be focusing on quality of your meals. We serve Plant-based meals (contain Garlic, Onion or Egg), please let us know ahead if you have different diet preference, we can discuss about it and adjust our cooking.
We focus on providing Life-force food, highlights on our meals include:
Fresh vegetables, wild vege, herbs, flowers, fruits from farm.
Priority farm produce > organic produce > local produce.
Raw, low heat cooking, or water stir fry.
Minimal deep fried food (and we use coconut oil)
Cook raw ingredients in its original form whenever possible.
Make from raw ingredients whenever possible (noodles, tofu, bread, jam etc)
All grains, beans, nuts, seeds are activated.
Fermented and sprouted food (tempeh, sprouts, enzyme etc)
